I couldn’t believe my luck when I was asked to photograph a Rural Wedding on the Isle of Bute.
Kean’s Cottage was where the day started, surrounded by their friends Yvonne and Scott had a relaxing Wedding morning.
Rothesay Castle was a perfect location for the ceremony, beautiful grounds and stunning architectural views. Yvonne and Scott were very keen to have some time alone. Not knowing the area that well the bride and groom chose a few of their favourite spots. Ascog Fernery sounds awesome, but it looks even better. A Victorian garden and green house.
The reception was held in a small hall located 40 minutes from Rothesay, decorated by friends and food served by caterers. Being one of my favourite weddings of 2017, I am ecstatic to share this wedding with you.
Review by Yvonne + Scott
‘Lee spent the day with us on Bute when we got married. He was very professional and managed to get lots of great shots of our special day without being intrusive. He put us at ease and we were able to be completely natural around him, which shows in the quality of the photos he has produced for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.’
